Roar by the Shores 2023
The Roar by the Shores (RBTS) 10th Anniversary Classic Car show held on June 25th, almost 10 years to the day of the first show that was held on June 23rd, 2013. It was a huge success: a perfect day weather wise with over 400 cars in attendance, raising an incredible $7252.30.
This week Port Perry Hospital Foundation was thrilled to join several of the the Roar by the Shores 2023 organizing team including Dave Roulston, Bill Dowson, Mark Willes, Myles Knutson, and Kal Willes as they presented Kim Coates (Port Perry Hospital Foundation Board Chair) with a cheque in the amazing amount of $7,252.30.
Thank you to all the participants and sponsors of this event who made this show a huge success and to the entire organizing team and volunteers which acted like a small army to complete all that they did and make the day an incredible event.
Thank you also to Margie Ayres and her team including Becky Mathieu and Alyssa Coombs from Big Brothers and Big Sisters North Durham who were also involved on the day and for this presentation celebration.
