Bid Opportunity:
Request for Tenders No. RFT 2731426775 for the Construction of a Community Garden at Lakeridge Health Port Perry Hospital (the “RFT”) is being issued and administered by Plexxus on behalf of Lakeridge Health and the Port Perry Hospital Foundation.
Description:
Suitably qualified landscape contractors are invited to submit tenders for the construction of a Community Garden at the Port Perry Hospital site located at 451 Paxton St., Port Perry, Ontario, all in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of the RFT.
Access to the Bid Opportunity:
This RFT including Instructions to Bidders and Bid Form, Specifications and Drawings will be posted on the Ontario Tenders Portal (“OTP”) at https://www.ontario.ca/tenders by approximately February 23, 2023. Bids may only be submitted electronically via the OTP.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Tour:
This is scheduled for March 1, 2023 beginning at 10:00 am Local Time. Attendees are asked to submit a Pre-Bid Site Tour Registration Form (included in the RFT document) at least one day beforehand (February 28th, 2023).
Communications:
All communications regarding any aspect of this RFT shall be directed to the Bid Administrator identified in the RFT. Note: that any/all changes made to the RFT after it is issued will be confirmed by written Addendum in the OTP.
