Honourary Giving

Honourary or celebration donations mark a special occasion, such as a wedding or birthday, or provide a thoughtful way to say thank you to someone special like a teacher or thoughtful friend . Your donation will honour the celebrant while supporting healthcare for the community you and they care about.

When you make a tribute gift to Port Perry Hospital Foundation, we can send a note to the celebrant notifying them of your thoughtful gift in their honour. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed to the celebrant.

Your donation is tax receiptable in accordance with CRA guidelines. To make your donation:

• Complete the attached Donation Form (PDF) and mail it along with your gift to:

• Call the Foundation office at 905-985-7321 ext 45580, or
• Give online at Give Today, and have the choice of sending an eCard directly to the celebrant or choose to have us send a card in the mail on your behalf.
